Most providers are built to be kept. This one is built to be left.

yobiT is the trading brand of Savan Dış Ticaret A.Ş., Istanbul. We run the Türkiye operation of foreign companies under one contract — and we plan the ending from the first month, because the ending is the part this market does not sell.

In short

yobiT is a coordination and operations company working in one country. It runs market entry, structure, tax and accounting, people, customs, warehousing, logistics and day-to-day operations for foreign companies in Türkiye — and the handover or closure when the work is done.

It is not a law firm, not an accountancy practice and not a customs broker. Acts that Turkish law reserves to a licensed profession are performed by the licence holder in their own name, while yobiT designs and runs the process around them and answers commercially for the result. That division is set out in full on the governance page.

Why this exists

The token local office has had its day.

A project is a defined thing with a beginning and an end. The structure serving it should be too.

An international company that wins work in Türkiye does not need to open an office and build an organisation to run it. Doing so converts a two-year project into a permanent commitment, and by the time anyone counts the cost the decision is years old.

What it needs instead is a team that already knows how — assembled inside an existing structure, working as that company's own project team, answerable to its own management, and disbanded when the project finishes. No local entity nobody remembers creating. No dormant payroll. No liquidation discovered three years later.

If Türkiye then proves worth a permanent investment, open an office and run it properly. That is a decision worth making with evidence, rather than at the beginning when nobody has any.

What we do not have yet

The things a young firm usually hides.

You would find these out anyway. Finding them out from us costs us less than finding them out from you.

  • 01

    Client case studies

We have none to show you. The work we describe is work this team has done, but not under this brand and not in a form we are free to publish. Invented case studies are easy to write and impossible to defend, so there are none. The use cases page describes situations rather than clients, and says the same thing.

  • 02

    Published prices

Fee structures are on the how it works page, but figures are not. A price published once and left for two years is worse than no price, because somebody puts it in a plan. Figures go up when we can keep them current.

  • 03

A team page with faces on it

It is being written. It will carry real names, real titles and real photographs, or it will not go up — and stock portraits of people who do not work here would tell you something true about us that we would rather not be true.

  • 04

    A history under this name

The company has traded since May 2025 and the brand launched this year. Any provider can claim experience; we would rather give you the date and let you weigh it.

How we are put together

One interface.
Many expert teams.

One contract, one invoice, one coordination point. You are not handed a list of providers to manage. The arrangement behind the interface is ours to run, and the commercial responsibility for the result stays with us.

Licensed work stays with licence holders. Customs declarations are filed by customs brokers. Statutory tax certification is performed by sworn-in fiscal advisers. Legal advice comes from advocates. We do not hold those licences, do not claim to, and name which acts belong to whom before work starts.

Some capability is ours, some is our partners’. Warehousing, transport and clearance run through firms licensed and equipped where your goods need them. What does not change is who answers when something goes wrong.

Limits we intend to keep

Four things we are not going to become.

Written down so they can be held against us later.

  • 01

    A firm in forty countries

Every country added is depth removed from the one you actually care about. If your requirement spans regions, a global firm serves you better, and we will point you to one.

  • 02

A brand licensed to local offices

Franchised networks put the same name over practices of very different quality. The work sold under this name is performed by the organisation that signed the contract.

  • 03

A firm that takes a share of a regulatory outcome

No success fees on permits, refunds, incentives or clearances. Fees that rise with a regulatory result put pressure in exactly the wrong place, and the pressure lands on the client.

  • 04

    Difficult to leave

Records, filings, contracts and system access are handed over in usable form, whether the operation is passing to your own organisation, to another provider, or into liquidation. A provider who is hard to leave is telling you what they think of their own work.

Questions

About the company.

Including the ones a careful buyer asks third.

Who is behind yobiT?

yobiT is the trading brand of Savan Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, a Turkish joint-stock company registered in Istanbul under the Turkish Commercial Code, Law No. 6102. The brand is the name you deal with; the company is who signs, invoices and carries the liability.

Registry, tax and MERSİS identifiers are given on request and appear in every engagement letter.

How long have you been doing this?

The company began trading on 9 May 2025. The yobiT brand and this site launched in 2026. So the honest answer is that the business is young, and we would rather write that here than have you work it out later.

The people doing the work are not new to it. What is new is this brand, and a brand with no history behind it should say so.

Do you work outside Türkiye?

No. One country, deliberately. Depth in a single jurisdiction is the one thing breadth cannot beat, and a firm claiming forty markets is rarely strong in yours.

If your problem is genuinely multi-country, we are the wrong provider and will say so in the first conversation rather than after a proposal.

Are you part of an international network?

Not today. Where work reaches beyond Türkiye we say what we can reach and what we cannot, rather than implying a footprint through a membership logo.

If that changes, it will appear on this page with a date.

You are registered as a foreign trade company. Why does that matter?

Because it explains why the physical chain sits inside the business rather than bolted onto it. Customs classification, landed cost, bonded storage and distribution are the ordinary work of a foreign trade company, and they are where entries into this market usually fail quietly.

Most providers in this market handle entities, filings and payroll. Far fewer touch the goods.

Why does leaving come up on almost every page?

Because it is the most expensive thing nobody plans for. A company set up for a defined project will reach its ending, and how that ending goes was decided years earlier — in the structure chosen, in whether the accounts were certified, and in whether anyone could actually run the liquidation.

Providers are generally paid to be kept. We would rather be easy to leave and be chosen again than be difficult to leave and be endured.
