Tools that answer a real question. Nothing behind an email address.
Five tools for the decisions that come up first. They run in your browser, keep nothing, and each one states what it does not account for. Where a tool is still missing, it is waiting on a figure we can stand behind — not on development time.
The structure selector is published because it rests on law rather than on rates: what a company, branch or liaison office may and may not do, and how long each permission lasts. Those do not drift month to month.
The other four depend on figures — social security rates, tax brackets, duty rates, liquidation costs. Each is held until the parameter behind it is confirmed and dated. Our editorial rule is that a figure published once and left for two years is worse than none, because somebody puts it in a plan.
One available. Four waiting on numbers.
Each card says what the tool answers, and what it is waiting for.
Structure selector
Company, branch or liaison office? Five questions, and the result tells you which structures the law leaves open to you — including the liaison office time limits that rarely appear anywhere.
Cost of employment
What a Turkish employee actually costs an employer, above the gross salary. Held until the 2026 employer social security and unemployment rates are confirmed with our sworn-in fiscal adviser.
Awaiting rate confirmationGross to net
What lands in an employee’s account from a gross figure, and what each deduction is. Needs the 2026 income tax brackets and the minimum wage exemption applied correctly.
Awaiting tax bracketsCost of exit
What it costs and how long it takes to close a Turkish company properly. The tool nobody in this market offers — held until the liquidation questions in our pending legal opinion come back.
Awaiting legal opinionImport duty estimator
Landed cost from a customs code: duty, VAT, handling and inland transport. Needs tariff data at code level, which is a dataset rather than a page.
Needs tariff datasetAbout these tools.
Beginning with the one everybody checks for.
Is there an email wall?
No. Nothing on this site sits behind an email address, and these tools are no exception. No sign-up, no gated result, no report sent to you after you hand over a contact.
They run in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored, including by us.
Why are some of them not available yet?
Because each one needs figures we can stand behind and keep current. A calculator built on a rate nobody checked is worse than no calculator, since somebody puts the output in a board paper.
Where a tool is waiting, it is waiting on a specific confirmed parameter rather than on development time. The list below says which.
Can I rely on the output?
Treat it as a starting point that narrows the field, not as advice. Each tool states what it does not account for, and every figure carries a date and a source.
Decisions with legal or tax consequence are settled with a licensed adviser. These tools exist so you reach that conversation already knowing which questions matter.
Why publish these for free?
Because they are how you find out whether we know this market before you have to trust us. A tool that answers a real question does that better than a page describing our experience.
It is also the honest test of our own claims: a tool is checkable in a way that marketing copy is not.
Will the figures be kept up to date?
That is the condition for publishing one at all. Each tool shows the date its parameters were last checked, and the source behind them, so you can see for yourself whether it has gone stale.
If we reach a point where we cannot keep a tool current, it comes down rather than sits there quietly wrong.

Five questions on what you intend to do, and which structures stay open to you.
