A Türkiye operation has three stages. Most providers sell two.

Entry, operating, and the ending. We checked thirty providers in this market and not one sells the ending as a product — it appears as a footnote if at all. Here it is an equal third, because that is what we are for.

How to use this

Pick the stage you are actually in — nothing registered yet, an operation that is not running well, or an ending in view. Each stage lists what applies, and you can narrow further by what kind of thing it is.

A few pages appear in two stages. That is deliberate: certification done in year one is what decides how the closing review goes, so tax and accounting genuinely belongs to both.

Narrow by type

01 — Entry

Before anything is registered.

The decisions that are cheap now and expensive later: whether to enter at all, which structure, who imports, and what the ending will cost. Almost everything that goes wrong in year four was decided here.

02 — Operating

The work nobody was given.

Finding lawyers, accountants and customs brokers in Türkiye is easy. Making them work as one team is not. This is where goods move, people are employed, deadlines are met — and where the gaps between two providers belong to neither of them.

03 — Exit

The part this market does not sell.

Every project reaches an ending: handover to your own organisation, or closure. We checked thirty providers and none of them sells this as a product. It is the most expensive thing nobody plans for.

Questions

About this arrangement.

Including why a page is allowed to appear in two stages.

Why arrange it by stage rather than by service?

Because that is how the problem arrives. Nobody wakes up needing "customs brokerage coordination" — they need to know whether to register a company, or why their stock is stuck, or what it costs to close. The stage you are in decides which answer is useful.

It is also the honest shape of this work. A Türkiye operation has a beginning, a middle and an end, and the end is the part that gets planned last and costs most.

Why is "exit" a stage of its own?

Because we checked. Across thirty providers in this market, not one sells the ending as a product — handover or closure appears as a footnote at best. Making it an equal third of the structure is the clearest way to say what we are.

It is also where the money is. A company set up for a defined project will reach its ending, and how that goes was decided years earlier — in the structure chosen, in whether the accounts were certified, and in whether anybody could actually run the liquidation.

Some pages appear in two stages. Is that a mistake?

No. Tax and accounting genuinely spans operating and exit, because certification done in year one is what decides how the closing review goes. The same is true of legal coordination across entry and operating.

Where a page appears twice, the work really does span both. We would rather show that than force a clean taxonomy onto something that is not clean.

Does the filter need JavaScript?

No. With scripting disabled every item is visible and the page reads as a plain index. The filter is an enhancement, not a requirement.

Nothing here is tracked, stored or sent anywhere either. The filter changes what is shown in your browser and nothing else.

Which stage am I in?

If nothing is registered yet, entry. If the entity exists and the work is not running the way it should, operating. If there is an end date in view — a project finishing, a decision to leave, or an entity that has been dormant for years — exit.

If you are not sure, the structure selector narrows the first question in five answers, and it is free with no form.
