Tell us what you want to do in Türkiye. There is no form.

Nothing on this site is behind an email address, and the first conversation costs nothing — including the Opportunity Scan. Write in whatever detail you have and a person reads it, in Türkiye time, within a working day.

Savan Dış Ticaret A.Ş. · Istanbul, Türkiye. If you prefer a call, say so and give us two or three windows that work in your time zone — we will fit around them rather than proposing a slot at 09:00 Istanbul time and hoping.

Useful to include

Four things that make the first reply worth reading.

None of these are required. They are simply what lets us say something specific instead of something general.

  • 01

    What you make or sell

And if you know it, the customs code. That alone lets us look at what actually crosses the border under it before we have spoken.

  • 02

    Whether goods physically move

A services business and a business shipping pallets need almost entirely different things from us.

  • 03

    What exists already

An entity, a distributor, providers, staff — or nothing yet. We would rather look at what is there than propose a structure over the top of it.

  • 04

    Why now

A tender, a customer, a problem with a current arrangement, a board decision. The trigger usually tells us more than the question does.

What we commit to

Four commitments
on the first contact.

A reply within one working day. If answering properly takes longer, you get an acknowledgement saying so and when — not silence followed by a long email a week later.

A person, not a sequence. You will not be entered into an automated follow-up campaign. If we do not hear back we may write once more, and then we will leave you alone.

Someone who will do the work. The person you speak to first will be involved if it proceeds, rather than handing you to a delivery team you have not met.

An honest answer about fit. If we are not the right provider, you hear it in that conversation rather than after a proposal.

When to write to someone else

We will say this anyway. Here it is in advance.

Three situations where another route serves you better, and one where we will decline.

  • 01

    You need one function, cheaply

Bookkeeping only, payroll only, clearance only. A specialist provider will do it for less than we will, and coordination you do not need is not worth buying.

  • 02

You want free advice rather than an engagement

The Opportunity Scan is genuinely free and we are glad to have the first conversation. What we cannot do is act as an unpaid advisory function on an ongoing basis — and we would rather say that now than become gradually less responsive.

  • 03

You are a supplier approaching us

Welcome, but please say so in the first line. Enquiries framed as client interest that turn out to be sales approaches waste a conversation we both wanted to have honestly.

  • 04

You need an arrangement whose documents will not match reality

Employment presented as a service, a structure built to obscure who performs the work, or a licensed act performed by somebody unlicensed. We decline these, and the reasons are on the governance page.

Who you will be talking to

Your language,
your working hours.

Each region has its own team and its own language. We translate Türkiye-specific complexity into the reporting language of your home country — so that what you forward to your own board does not need a second translation.

Questions

Before you write.

Including how quickly you will hear back and who you will be talking to.

Do I have to fill in a form?

No. There is no form on this site, and nothing on it is behind an email address. Write to us in whatever detail you have — a product, a code, a problem, a question — and a person reads it.

Forms exist to qualify leads for a sales process. We would rather read what you actually wrote.

What do you need in a first message?

Whatever you have. The most useful starting points are: what you make or sell, whether goods physically move, whether you already have a Turkish entity, and what is prompting the question now.

If you know your customs code, include it — that alone lets us tell you something specific before we have spoken.

How quickly will you reply?

Within one working day, in Türkiye time. If it will take longer to answer properly, you get an acknowledgement saying so and when — rather than silence followed by a long email a week later.

Will the first conversation cost anything?

No, including the Opportunity Scan. We are not going to invoice you for finding out whether we are useful to each other.

Who will I actually be talking to?

Someone who will be involved in the work if it proceeds — not a salesperson who hands you to a delivery team afterwards. If we are not the right provider you will hear that in the same conversation.

Are you only in Istanbul?

Our registered office is in Istanbul and that is where most coordination sits. Physical operations — customs, warehousing, distribution — happen wherever your goods need them to, through the partners licensed and equipped in those locations.
